Member Engagement Specialist (CSR)

About the Role

Member Engagement Specialist will focus on outreach to potential patients via outbound phone calls with the goal to enroll the patients into Tria’s Pharmacy Advocate program. The program is a free benefit through their employer sponsored health care plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to enroll and/or educate individuals on the Pharmacy Advocate Program.

  • Required 150 calls per day minimum.

  • Enroll patients into the Pharmacy Advocate program. 

  • 125 enrollments per calendar month minimum.

  • Speak effectively on the phone to patients.

  • Commitment to the Tria Health mission statement, vision statement, values, motto, and the employee handbook. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel), Database software, E-mail, and Internet

  • Ability to type 40 words/minute with high degree of accuracy.

  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Ability to analyze situations objectively, identify potential issues and evaluate different solutions.

  • Thinking outside the box to generate innovative solutions when faced with challenges.

  • Strong team player and willingness to work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, and/or to equalize peak work periods or to otherwise balance the workload.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one-year related experience and/or training.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

  • Physical Demands:  While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to stand, bend, kneel, sit, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.  The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.

  • Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment where standard office equipment such as computer, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and printers are utilized. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal. Mail room noise is considered moderate periodically.

  • Office Hours: This position works a set 8-hour shift of 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday with a 1 hour lunch break. 

  • Location: Tria Health is in Kansas City, MO (Crossroads area). This is not a remote position.
