Tria Health's Response to COVID-19


As we learn more about the current impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Tria Health is committed to keeping you informed. Tria Health was founded to support members with chronic conditions and we are dedicated to keeping members, their employers and our employee family as healthy as possible. The following are some of the steps we are taking to make this happen:

Patients:

Tria Health pharmacists are spending extra time with engaged members during their consultations providing up to date COVID-19 prevention guidelines provided by both WHO and the CDC. There are additional precautions that members with chronic conditions should follow. In addition, members with chronic conditions typically take medications to manage their conditions and Tria Health’s pharmacists provide guidance to ensure medications are safe, affordable and effective. Because these members can suffer more serious complications from COVID-19, the support provided by Tria Health pharmacists helps to alleviate the uncertainty and anxiety created by this disease. In addition, Tria Health is providing additional outreach to high risk members to get them to engage with Tria Health. And, our help desk is available for all members.

Clients:

Due to the fact that Tria Health offers a telehealth solution, we have not seen a disruption in our business. Our business continuity plan is in place and we have successfully transitioned to a remote operation without impacting our ability to provide our services to our clients’ members. We are currently handling the influx of calls and appointments from your members concerned about managing their health in this unprecedented time. We are committed to supporting our clients and providing educational resources to help provide education and alleviate concerns related to COVID-19.

Employees:

Our employees understand that we provide a critical resource to individuals with chronic disease, and that Tria Health’s members need support to manage their chronic conditions now more than ever. One of the benefits of our service model is that employees can work from home maintaining their personal safety while providing service to our members.
